SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. All custom wig units will take up to 7 business days to create the unit. These wigs are being constructed and made to order. Our Standard shipping is 3 - 5 Business Days. Remember our store Pick-up option is always available.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unopened and Unused items can be exchanged for full value within 3 days of delivery this does not include any custom items. Please note that we handle all returns and exchanges on a case by case basis and a refund or exchange will be granted at our companies discretion. All Sales are FINAL on Custom Units.
For Custom Units:
*Must provide your own bundles
Recommend that you bring a least 3 bundles + Closure/Frontal
Anything after 3 bundles is an additional $25
