"She is extremely passionate about her craft, and it shows in her finished product. However, what I really loved about her is that she really wants to educate you about your hair, and what it needs. She is also transparent in what she is doing to your hair, and the products she uses. Most stylists in my experience hide their little tricks and the products they use so that we can't duplicate the look. Not true with Melanie, she knows she is a highly trained professional, and of course we can't duplicate her great outcome. Still she offers many tips to help her customers look the best they can, which is a direct reflection of her".
